Official notice Antaser Afrique

This official notice concerns the mandatory Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) for all shipments to and from Guinea-Bissau.

The Shippers’ Council of Guinea-Bissau (CNC-GB) informs the trade that as per decision of the Secretary of Transport and Communication of the Republic, dated August 8th 2011, a Cargo Tracking Note (CTN) is mandatory for all shipments to and from Guinea-Bissau as from October 28th 2011. 

The CTN has to be issued at the loading port and validated by the local CNC-GB representative.

Any shipment without CTN exposes shippers and receivers to fines amounting to 200% of the normal CTN tariffs and to refusal of the local customs to clear the goods.
